Southern Serengeti, which stretches from the bottom of the Central Serengeti to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area and Maswa Game Reserve, present us with grassy plains studded with granite kopjes which extend endlessly across the landscape. At the beginning of the dry season,  thousands of baby wildebeest can be seen taking their first steps on the savanna. Also lions, cheetahs and hyenas are in abundance in the region.
